Terms & Conditions — tk772 Platform Rules

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk772 website accessible at tk772.net, including all sub-pages, services, and features made available therethrough.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or other product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations and transaction records.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or as an agent for any commercial gambling operation.

If you are not willing to accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between any translation and the English version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.4 Amendments to Terms

tk772 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where a change materially affects Player rights or obligations, tk772 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their Account.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The tk772 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. tk772 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and applies age verification procedures at registration and upon the first withdrawal request.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold an Account and use the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You do not hold a position as an employee, contractor, or agent of tk772 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
• You are not a professional gambler using the Platform for commercial advantage in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or suspended from tk772 or been identified as a person under a self-exclusion arrangement.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk772 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name) before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your Account.

3.1 Registration Process

To place bets or access real-money casino games on tk772, you must first create a Player Account by completing the registration form on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the tk772 Platform at any time. The following circumstances will each constitute a breach of the one-account policy:

• Creating a second Account using a different name, email address, or mobile number to circumvent a suspension or restriction.
• Sharing an Account with another person or allowing a third party to access your Account credentials.
• Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, regardless of whether that third party is aware of the arrangement.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tk772 reserves the right to merge the accounts, suspend all related accounts, and permanently forfeit any balances held across all accounts associated with the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk772 staff will never request your password. Any bet, deposit, withdrawal, or other transaction completed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been made by you, whether or not you authorised the action. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tk772 support immediately at [email protected] so that the Account can be temporarily secured pending investigation.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your registered Account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your Account profile without delay. tk772 accepts no liability for misdirected payments or missed communications resulting from outdated Account information provided by the Player.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. Players are advised to consult the Deposit page within their Account for the current list of available methods at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount across all mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Deposits made via bank transfer may be subject to a higher minimum threshold as specified on the deposit page. tk772 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, typically within a few minutes for mobile banking transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your tk772 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your Balance must have met the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of those funds can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk772 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits must originate from a payment method owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. tk772 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds in relation to any deposit or withdrawal. Where a transaction is suspected to involve proceeds of criminal activity or to constitute money laundering, tk772 will suspend the Account, withhold the relevant funds, and cooperate with any lawful investigation by competent authorities.

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the tk772 system and a confirmation message or bet slip reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets placed during a system error, a market suspension, or a connectivity failure that were not acknowledged by the Platform are not valid and will not be honoured. tk772 does not accept bets placed by telephone, email, or any channel other than the Platform itself.

5.2 Odds and Market Integrity

All odds displayed on the tk772 Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. tk772 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. tk772 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market and may suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on tk772 and may result in the immediate suspension of an Account and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit price differences across markets in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means of interacting with the Platform.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in casino games or tournaments.
• Using insider information — information not publicly available — to obtain an unfair betting advantage.

5.4 Void and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, tk772 will apply the voiding rules relevant to that sport as published in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform. In most cases, void bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake. For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method may be used to determine match results where weather interruptions occur.

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers issued by tk772 are available to eligible Players only. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are available exclusively to Players who have completed the full Account verification process and whose Account is in good standing (not under restriction, investigation, or suspension). tk772 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed using the Player's real-money Balance before bonus funds become withdrawable. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — sports bets and certain slot titles typically contribute 100%, while other game categories such as live dealer tables may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tk772 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts; making low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting wagering requirements across multiple promotional cycles in a pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk772 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Player's Account.

6.4 Seasonal & Event Promotions

tk772 periodically offers promotional bonuses tied to sporting events and cultural occasions relevant to Bangladesh, including BPL season offers, T20 World Cup free bets, Eid bonus packages, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and Independence Day special offers. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms in this clause apply in addition to any event-specific terms.

7.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the tk772 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to tk772, other Players, or third parties. This includes refraining from any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

7.2 Accurate Information

You are obligated to provide true and accurate information at all times — during registration, KYC verification, and in all communications with tk772 support. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

7.3 Responsible Use of Gambling Tools

tk772 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. You agree to use these tools honestly and not to attempt to circumvent any restriction you have applied to your own Account by creating a new Account or using another person's Account to continue gambling during a self-exclusion period. Circumventing responsible gaming tools is a serious breach of these terms.

7.4 Player Conduct

You must conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions with tk772 support staff and, where applicable, in any live chat or community features on the Platform. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at tk772 employees or other Platform users may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

8.1 Suspension by tk772

tk772 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The Account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is associated with the Account.
• The Account is involved in money laundering or is funded by proceeds of crime.
• Verification documents provided are forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.
• There is a dispute concerning the ownership of the Account or the funds held within it.

During a suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds until the matter is resolved to tk772's satisfaction.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting tk772 support at [email protected]. Before closing an Account, any remaining real-money Balance (net of unmet wagering obligations on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, provided that KYC verification is complete. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their Account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion can request this through tk772 support. Self-exclusion closures are processed immediately upon request. Once a self-exclusion has been applied, tk772 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the excluded Player is not sent marketing communications. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of an Account — whether voluntary, by suspension, or by self-exclusion — any pending bets that were placed before the closure will be settled according to standard rules. Any bonus funds that had not yet met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. tk772 retains transaction records and Account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. tk772's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
